The Absolute Goat on drums . Notice every drum was used multiple times ,not just for show. At the end he's not even sweating or breathing hard.

Yet John Bonham is the most sampled drummer, though nobody even comes close to Bonham’s groove or power. Peart can be the GOAT, because Bonham is the drum GOD!

keeping track of 40 drums/cymbals, the notes on the cowbells, the notes on the xylophone, the notes on all the horn triggers and where they were. plus some truly incredible drum expertise. have been a Rush fan since 1974, was lucky enough to see them 4 times. first tour, the last and a couple times in between. they were one of the best bands ever. check out "best intro ever" by Rush.

Yes. He was triggering those sounds at the end with him, hitting with hands and feet. And his solos are all mapped out. He was a complete genius at his craft just like Alex Lifeson and Geddy Lee. The other two in Rush. They have been my three favorite people since I was 12. I'm 56 now. Neil was the main lyricist for Rush. He wrote about social issues a lot. Rush is music for the thinking person. Neil had issues later in life because of his intense beating of drumming. Tendinitis is the main issue. Sadly, we lost him to brain cancer in 2020. He fought his battle personally for three and a half years without too many people knowing. Only family and close friends knew. Please. Explore more down the rabbit hole. ❤❤❤

The washing machines are a throwback from their days growing up in the 60s-80s playing with HUGE SPEAKERS behind the whole band. When better surround systems came out and theater bands adapted, the stage felt empty so they did washing machines!

The washing machines are because Geddy plugs his bass guitar directly into the sound board. They needed something to replace the stack of amps on Geddy’s side. This tour they used washing machines but they used other things over the years.
