I agree ultron shouldn’t have been defeated so quickly or easily but the movie is underrated in my opinion and I would love to see more of his character. It was similar to Wandavision for me started off exceptionally strong and had amazing components but devolved by the end with weak endings that left a lot to be desired

“Age of Ultron” isn’t referencing the days during which the movie takes place, it’s his plan. He mentions the dinosaurs and tries to recreate the event that killed them so that he can USHER IN The Age of Ultron, when “the only thing living in this world will be metal”.

Ultron was super close to uploading himself to the body. When Jarvis was uploaded to the body, it "contained" Ultron with the help of the mind stone. Since the mind stone is now out of the picture, I think Ultron could've escaped when S.W.O.R.D. had control of the body.

The Vision has all of the memories of The Vision. When we remember something, we find ways to assemble some sort of mental snapshot of what we are remembering using different sensual perceptions of it. If The Vision remembers Ulton, those memories would need to be invoked and executed by some sort of code, since he’s a robot. So by remembering Ultron, wouldn’t The Vision also be creating Ultron?

Since in the comics vision and other Ultron creations have a secret sub protocol to recreate Ultron, we thought for a while that Scarlet vision didn't kill him but only disabled him at the end of AoU. But perhaps because of the way Scarlett vision was created he was able to override that sub protocol but this version of white vision doesn't have that resistance and recreates Ultron himself. But then over the course of the series realizes his mistake and defeats Ultron again.
