Leads came in, sent some quotes. Have not followed back up for that one in particular. Did the same for a personal loan side hustle that I had been meaning to start for years but never had a client for it. Low and behold, all it took was a simple facebook page and ad and the leads poured in for that one (I guess people will always need money). So much so that I ran out of funds for that in the same week.

You could also do this with a luxury rug store, for a local gym, for interior design firm. The point is to build skills. Develop an eye for value add in the market place. Most business owners are good at their craft but not the marketing and sales side.
