Can you imagine how many people actually got in their car drove(paying $1/gallon or so, but their car probably only got about 22mpg) to a record store solely to purchase this record or cassette? Yes, there were stores that just sold music. They were one of the first things that the Pilgrims were taught by the natives after arriving in the New World on the Mayflower.

This came out in '91. At the time time I lived in a small town and bands like Poison were getting the airplay. I never heard this until about three years ago on Sirius/XM 9. It's brilliant. In fact I found all the songs in the EP this is on and all the songs are great. It's too bad they never had the support of their record label. While I'm sure the novelty of this would wear off after a couple albums I think they would have understood as artists and developed with it. Their brilliance was lost to commercial interests.
