When I don't get enough sleep 3 nights in a row, the fourth day I get that terrible migraine/headache that doesn't go away even with painkillers. It only goes away when I sleep for at least 5 hours, or I go to the gym and lift heavy weights. I usually just attribute it to fatigue. But I know/my body tells me that 3 days of poor sleep is my limit.

awww maybe ur consuming /{autolised yeast or yeast extract} new cover names for MSG found in snack foods,salad dressings canned packaged soups chinese food etc.read the back list of ingredience . this deadly flavor inhancer has nothing to do w/yeast & bread making drink lots of water, flush ur system !!! and watch those lables 😊 no more migranes!!!

very true. get a CGM and see this for yourself! i'm not diabetic but i subscribe to Levels to get 3 sensors every 6 months and can easily see that SLEEP is the most important factor for mental focus and glucose stability.

What if you don’t eat sugar, fruit or carbs? How is your glucose level affected then? I very rarely get the correct amount of sleep.. I would say I’m 1-3 hours deficit every single night without fail.

sleep can be added up differently come as a persons sleepy ..2 hrs here ,4 hrs there a doze off in the middle..dosnt have to be a "night" sleep.. and glucose is a problem to those who consume sugar and sugar turning foods..

Slept for one one hour and twenty minutes last night. Averaged three hours and fifty eight minutes in the last thirty days, just do not know what to do. 2024 I averaged four hours and four minutes sleep per night. Help, any thoughts?

no ..i sleep when tired..2 hrs here 4 hrs there..as u get older u sleep according to how tired u are...

@ I hope you’re right , I can’t for the likes of me get more that 5 or 6 hours of sleep. Even last night just 4hours. Been going through this for years.
