Nah G. If anyone finds a better option, they can leave. That's no reason for cheating. People cheat because they want the safety of a long-term relationship whilst also having the opportunity to exercise hypergamy. I'm fully onboard with being your best self, but taking responsibility for other people's bs isn't really what anyone's best version does. Cheating is inherently an act of dishonesty. If people don't blame themselves for getting scammed, they shouldn't blame themselves for being cheated on. They should, however, take the responsibility for their own lives and move on as you said.
