Most older cars with hydraulic lifters will tick a little bit all the time. It's just the nature of an older car with varnished up lifters. But some cars will have a particularly bad lifter or two and from time to time you'll turn it on and hear a particularly loud ticking. Like from the driver seat loud. And it won't go away until you do a 15 minute freeway drive. That is what happens to my car every now and then and that is what I am going to fix in this video by basically replacing all of my lifters with brand new ones.
