Religion and Spirituality are both different. When it comes to religion we can say that all religions whether Hinduism, Islam or Christianity are all different with no similarities. But when it comes to Spirituality, everyone is one and the same divine soul who came from the same Divine Supreme Soul. Spirituality is the way forward to shed the ego and unite people from different religions, ideologies and politics. Lena explained Spirituality in a simple understandable way to start thinking of ourselves as a divine life form that is inseparable from the divine Supreme. A very valuable interview indeed!!!

It was called Indos by greek and Persians which later evolved to become india, there is bharat which is said to have come from king Bharata, then jambudvipa, hindustan and Many more. All are old names.😅
