~It might have made her ruminate for years, but the thing it also did was allow Lillie to grow. She had periods of grief, anger, sadness, and ultimately turned it around and created a better life for herself... Heck, we don't even know if these situations and conditions allowed for her to meet her husband. Maybe her life would have been completely different, and she never would have become the "LillieKane" We see today. It sucks, but sometimes the pain and the bads of the world can help us grow.. But sadly, during the middle periods, it's a lot of pain and suffering.

We can't control others, their words, or their feelings. The hardest lesson I taught my daughters was that nobody else is responsible for your feelings or your self worth. Do the right thing for yourself and others so you know your own value, and those who don't see that are generally blind or have their own issues.

Yes! My face 😮 I have lost 70lbs in 8 months from my last pregnancy she will be 4 this year. My mommy pouch on my lower belly is still there and just kept me from being truly happy. But i grew 2 little people and my body is strong and I've been lifting for 6 months!

Great video and advice! Some people both men and women are just trash and enjoy hurting others. I just started warrior/keto diet a week ago need to lose an extra 10-15lbs lost 30 so far really want to see my abs again. It's working VERY well don't eat for 20 hours then 4 hour window. My alcohol cravings mostly went away too usually at 5pm I want 2-3 drinks so that's helping too.

They use to call me kung fu panda in high school because I was obese , I went on a crash diet lost all the weight but messed up my hormones, puberty and mental health. It also made me develop an eating disorder. It took over a decade to let go of those words but it was worth it, to not identify to other peoples words. Now I’m not obese anymore and feel better than ever

In other words she should be happy and thankful that guy said that about her otherwise she may not have improved her life the way she has. Sometimes in life a negative thing can breed a positive thing and this story is a perfect example of that.
