I can also promise you that I CANNOT dance in heels; not unless I am making a total fool of myself, slower than a snail in movement (think slow-mo movements on cautious tippy toes), and I’ll probably still end up falling or breaking my frikkin’ leg! You might be able to pull this off, but don’t take it for granted that even if you’re built a certain way you can automatically just do this. This is an ART, it takes a true “artist” who has mastered their “art” to pull this off!

What happened to women dancing in heels? Look at old movies, and you will see all the ladies dancing in high heels. Of course back in the day, most of the young ladies were slender, not like this woman who is at the boarder of being overweight for her height. Now many are even bigger than she is. That excess weight will eventually take a toll on their bodies, including their backs and legs. Somehow it appears that many Black women are aiming to be obese. For health reasons, this is unfortunate.

Not me! Don't get me wrong, he's incredibly talented and this was so smooth. But when I see a male/female pair dancing, I imagine him having to do what she's doing... Remove all their leg hair without marking up their skin, put on hot pants and a shirt that shows your midriff and then try to dance in THOSE damn shoes Without breaking a bone. Unless you're Prince or a drag queen, Through no fault of your own, you've just got no idea. Prince's scrip addiction, which ultimately killed him 💔was partly from so many years of dancing in high heels.

I love this routine because the dancers preforming it are so good. These two are so precise in their steps and unity. They are perfectly in sync with every move. It’s amazing to me how dancers can remember choreography! Dance after dance and they are spot on. I can’t even imagine how many hours of rehearsal it takes to make it look so effortless.
