Being a home baker myself, I can tell na quality yung Pan de Sal nila. Rolling the dough may take more time to do, but it helps in keep the bread moist inside for a longer time because its slightly denser section vs a bun type bread. Hands down po sa pag double down on quality while making it affordable to our fellow Filipinos. May you have more branches in future po!

Panaderias were also sort of a social center in Spain when I was a kid, decades ago, now very few of those business are still open. I remember getting out of school at 1pm, and in my way back home I stopped in the panaderia to buy the bread for the day, and as I did, a lot more kids and parents were in those panaderias before lunch time. Good times.

Just by looking at it, I can tell his pandesal products are seriously made with great care. A lot of neighborhood panaderyas they love to adjust their products swift as a wind whenever they hear anything related to raw materials in the news, daig pa yung mga gas station. When things are on a pinch, it is much better to simply increase the price of your product rather than drastically cut off its quality just for an excuse to not increase your price. Yung mga pandesal sa mga panaderya sa amin 5 piso kalahati na ng palad ko ang laki, ay sadyang nakakainsulto sa consumers

My family live in the states, but we were all born and raised in the Philippines until we came here at around 12, 11, and 10 years old. When my siblings and I were kids, I remember eating freshly baked pandesal every morning with hotdogs, eggs, or sometimes even with pansit canton. I make my own pandesal here and it’s honestly so much work, but it gives me so many memories. I hope I can pass down my family’s pandesal recipe to my future kids, so they can also have that little taste of home here in the States. 😊
