@ beautiful. I visited Calgary, Banff, and Lake Louise back in the 90s. I was in awe of how beautiful it is there. The idea that only a few are needed to do the reality of working 10. Its set up to fail. These so called those waste cuts and I believe they are not in the right place. We need to hear about audits with public transparency even redacted sensitive transparency. They need to be in the rules laws and regulations that prevent the freedom of the people. These governing down small business for the larger business's needs, needs to stop. These over reaching environmental laws needs to be tampered down. So people can manage there property freely again. The republican (Just No!) and democrat (if you can jump through that hoop then you can). Meaning its impossible for the citizens to enjoy there freedom and happiness that is given in the constitution. Point is the citizens are ready to do something about what ever it is. You say the citizens have the right until they know something is amidst. they don't really have the right. Meaning we are set up to fail. Not having our freedoms and happiness. Basically we are not allowed to stay stable and in there lay's the issue.
