I swear 20 minutes ago I searched for neck training and was looking the one you posted 3 years ago 😂

Think I'll name this the "Yes, No, Maybe" routine, because of the motions U do with your head.

Dude, this is such a good way of remebering it! Hope he pins your comment.

this is the one I do and teach my students, but you need to isolate the neck movement and keep the body still while you try to get better range of motion. 100+ of each

I'm looking into neck training, I have a neck harness and am trying to learn the wrestler's bridge, plus reading books and watching things like this. However, more and more I'm thinking that the best neck training that's sport specific and would increase your skills, would be 30 minutes of Thai style clinch training 3x a week. This is a good follow along routine, however, Nsima Inyang also has a good video with lots of exercises about neck training _"What Nobody Tells You about NECK Training | Build Thickness Safely!"_

I have trained my neck for the past 2/3 years and consider myself a huge neck guy, but this routine is hard! Had to take 3 "2 second" break

How often do we do this ?

Hi Gabriel. I’ve been watching your channel on and off for about 4 years. I’ve just had my first two amateur fights this year which were boxing matches I won them both. My question is, is it normal to remember fights being much more chaotic than it actually was?

Do all fighters work their necks out? I know of a 17 year old kickboxer that does and his neck is massive.

The neck training was surprisingly not that hard in terms of lingering soreness afterwards, perhaps we use our neck on the daily basis more in wrestling?
@GabrielVargaOfficial15 күн бұрын
I can't make it through the 3 minute without a break but I'm not sore the next day. However, I would guess your neck is very strong from wrestling.
@valygomu17 күн бұрын
Mr Varga, I'm sorry for pointing this out, but on the miniature it looks like you are having a stroke, I was concerned for a second and then I read the title of the video. Don't scare me like that please lol
@andrewfuller915617 күн бұрын
Maybe you should consider only wearing black socks for vids. That'd stop the comments about yr discoloured socks.
