Love the content I don't watch enough of it to be honest. Working in tech, these insights to security are gold! Not just this subject, but all of it.

Not sure why, but these episodes don’t seem to be a good fit with my audience. To anyone reading this, would love to read your feedback.

I really like the attention to detail that you put into your projects, from the tools and hardware that you use, to superbacked ! But I have a burning question : Let's admit that I have made a really important backup and I store the QR codes inside a safe or in a bank, how can I be sure that the software, the website or even you will be still arround in 20 years ? How can I or someone else, restore a secret if the software is unavailable when I need it ?

Worth mentioning that SD cards have had this switch for many years 😁

Thanks for joining conversation… I believe that this switch only signals to OS to mount device as read-only vs enforce it at the hardware level. Perhaps others can corroborate this? Has anyone tried to bypass this on Linux or macOS? Interesting topic for an episode!
