Ample N Ceramide shot ampoule is my favorite! It really hydrates my skin. No fragrance or drying alcohols ❤ I love to top it with a pea size amount of Bioderma Atoderm Creme Ultra if I feel like going for the extra miles for hydration. But the ampoule already holds so well without a moisturizer.

@@jenniferlee9029 hard to say... id say stratia is more of an oily-moisturizing feel (but not super oily or gross, but more so than the ample:n). Id say ample:n is like a thick hydrating and moisturizing gel serum and stratia is more emollient. The ample:n is much cheaper (almost half). You can get a jumbo 3 oz bottle for like $20ish

YAY!! I’ve been binge watching some of your old videos & was just recently thinking about how long it had been since a This or That and how much I missed them. Loved these comparisons!! Passing on the sunscreens, just because I’m not fond of mineral sunscreen, but definitely going to look into the Dewy Tree Cica Essence ❤️ You sold me on the RNW serum over a year ago and I can’t imagine anything taking it’s place, ultimately. The only thing I can’t stand about it is the dropper but I snagged the pump from an empty Stratia Rewind serum & now it’s perfect 😍

I feel the RNW is best for night time use for those of us who use vitamin c in the day for hyperpigmentation while the ample n might be the better choice to use during the day with vitamin c since it doesn’t have copper peptides like RNW, which oxidize and cancel out vitamin c. It just depends on the persons skin needs I suppose and their routine.

I'm so happy to see you do a this or that with the RNW serum, I love this stuff but always wonder if I'd like to use something different and I've seen alot of people talk about the other cerimide serum but the RNW does seem to do it all and I liked seeing you break them down. I purchased the 1004 centella soothing cream from your last video and that arrived today. I'd like to see some more advice on dehydrated skin and what we should do to treat it. I'm not sure if you've done videos about this previously I'm struggling as my skins fairly greesy but I think very dehydrated so I'm using the p.rem toner but I'm not sure how to stop the water loss with greesy skin without blocking pores hopefully this skin 1004 soothing cream will lock in the hydration for me as its not too think. This comparison is so helpful ! I do a very hydrating morning routine and put on a hydrating SPF on top and end up shining like a greasy pan. Then I try to find ways to powder on top, than I get dry in these areas. I was on a look out for not so hydrating mineral sunscreen. Isntree sound right.

I have combination to oily skin. Dr. G Green Mild Up Sun Lotion which has 90mL is my all time favourite mineral sunscreen (It's not the 50mL one). It has the lightest texture and is absorbed quickly on my face. And it's not drying my skin. All other spf would break me out until I find this one!! No break out, no heaviness.

You should try the Dewytree Cica mask, exactly the same as the essence. No weird ingredients & it’s really good!

for the centella thats how I feel about skin1004's centella. Its only centella but it burned my damaged skin, and Dewytree's has never burned me

Hey Kelly! if you haven't already, you should try out the make prem uv defense me sun essence! it's in the same bottle as the one you reviewed in this video, but the letters on the front are a different shade of blue. i found that sunscreen to be very light on my skin but it still provided my dry skin with lots of hydration and moisture, and it doesn't sting my eyes!

Another one is the Etude house soon jung has a centella relief toner. I know you used the Cosrx one in another video. So maybe use that one or another one of your favorites. I gave 2 of my soothing when my skin hates me products to my daughter and am looking for replacements, BEFORE I actually need them. At least that’s the plan. 🙂

Something I suggest you try is the Dieux instant angel moisturizer. Its the only cream that I've found to work for me. Have you tried it before?

Oh…that’s interesting. I purchased some of their single ingredient extract toners and found that it irritated my skin too. I asked on Instagram and they said they used some sort of pressure method to remove the extract…? But anyways however the method, also wasn’t great for me

I am very interested in the RNW ceramide serum BUT I am concerned about the copper peptides. I use retinal 4 nights a week and wonder if I can use the RNW in the same routine as the retinal. There is conflicting info about mixing retinal and copper peptides. I do use a peptide serum currently but no copper peptides in it.

I have dry skin and also find mineral sunscreens very drying! But my derm told me to use mineral sunscreens (I have very sensitive, eczema-prone, reactive, allergic skin). Do you have any recommendation on how to wear those sunscreens so they don't dry you out even further?! As an example... I saw how my mineral sunscreen just seemed to carve even more my crowfeet and got horrified :O Thanks in advance! :) BTW, I love the tone of your videos, optimistic, gentle and pleasant!

Hi Kelly, hows' the scent on the Dewy Tree compared to the One Thing one? I've tried a total of five products from One Thing: two products that my skin really enjoys and agrees with(the Houttuynia Cordata Extract Toner and the Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract Toner - my skin absolutely loves the latter) and two others(mugwort and centella "toners") which doesn't really agree with my skin, I don't get reactions like the ones you' describing though, and I've never ever considered that the way they extract the extracts could be the reason I always thought it was just a case of the products not being right for my skintype - which to be fair is still totally possible.. I guess that might also be why I didn't really get a long with their Jojoba oil, again I had no bad reactions but when I came to their jojoba oil I had used up the Sidmool wild cold press jojoba oil which is the oil that made me fall in love with jojoba oil and the one thing one just do not preform anyway like the sidmool one and it just didn't benefit my skin at all

Interesting. I have been using the one thing mugwort extract successfully. I don’t think it does anything good or bad but I just like the smell😁 I used to use the missha mugwort essence which is nice but to be honest also did nothing for a lot more money🤷🏻‍♀️ I bought two more bottles from one thing: the green tea and the galactomyces ferment filtrate. I haven’t tried those yet. I hope they are any good.
