I don't get why people are against Gif being pronounced Jif, it's just proper English. When placed in front of an E, I, or Y, Generally G sounds like a J. Gist, Giant, Gin, Gem, Germ, Gentle, Gymnastic, Gyroscope, Gypsy, Gif.

I dont really agree with the 1st question I think a "good excuse" (noexcuse is good) is one that can somewhat be accepted and Rift rivals doesn't matter is somewhat better since it's a mentality you go in with while Aatrox and Heimer was like an unexpected thing that they could have banned but didn't so I think it's better for NA to just say rift rivals didn't matter, especially because Riot made it into the fun tournament that it was

100T benching Ssumday really ticked me off. If not for Ssumday in week 3 they’d be 3-3 or 2-4. He was doing great in a funnel where he was on an island. Objectively Ryu is the “weakest” of the normal starters. They need to dump the funnel more than the players.

I think hunis problem is that he doesnt feel theres a real competition on NA, he already said it, and we have seen that kr players get worse on na, just because of the skill demand on pro and solo q, an example would be rush, he was rank 1 on kr, went to na and it took 2 years back in kr for him to get as good as he was and get rank 1 back

The only pronunciation thing that truly drives me crazy is Xin Zhao. It's spelled using Chinese pinyin, which has a precise, correct system for pronunciation. It should be pronounced like Shin Jao, not Zin Zao or Shin Zao or Zin Jao. PLEASE, casters, say it right!

If pronouncing "Feng" in Mandarin "eng" actually sounds 95% like "ung" so in Mandarin, "Feng" actually sounds like "Feung" Well if u are speaking Chinese ppl, "Fung" is easier for them to understand, to ppl who speak English, "Feng" is better choice...

According to American English, it is "Feng". if speaking to an American man with no Chinese knowledge, or to a Chinese man with no English knowledge, they might misunderstand, like a store worker typed my dad's name "Jin" to "Jean"...and my dad has 0 English knowledge and didn't even know his name was typed wrong and caused bit troubles.
