The fact that he’s a regular person and had a few slip ups but at the end of the day he learned to discipline hisself to push through and reach his goals! The number one thing that stood out the most is always bringing God into the situation, life is so much better when we trust God to guide us and help us keep doing the hard things. This testimony came up on my feed and I saw familiar face. This is my brother's pastor and the difference is phenomenal. I haven't seen him in person in while and this is my first time seeing him on your show, totally different person. Thank you for sharing this story. It has been an encouragement to me personally. Great story. I think I met Pastor Billy at a Phase 2 gathering. Trainer Joe works. I didn't lose as fast as Pastor Billy. I lost 45 pounds in five months. Then slowly lost five more and have kept it off for over a year.

Yes, you may start at any time however you may miss some since we start a new group each month. If you jump in to the November group now you will need to play a bit of catch up since we started over a week ago. So it is up to you. Jump in now and get caught up which many have done quite well. Or wait until the December group starts on December 2nd.
