Frozen always requires more time....spices are good....most people would add more of that Old Bay spice....myself i like shrimp pan cooked (fried) thats just my taste. All of this looks good. But im sure recipe will be critiqued in abundance....we all have our special tastes...like i can not do shrimp cocktail...but fry them im great. Dannys comment was funny!

Shes used correct spices....even the crab legs....the Old Bay seasonings is recommended for seafood. People add a lot of it when they do seafood boils...frozen seafood always requires more cooking time. Yes. Shells get spices on them...too. most people dip in spiced butter after cracked open.

@@conniehahn4577 Yep. Just looked at 10 major cooking sites and their methods and seasonings. Frozen add more time, and they all seasoned, especially with Old Bay, before putting in oven. Many say they prefer defrosting first but you don’t have to. That definitely cuts back on time. 👍🇺🇸

This is cooked way too long. That shrimp will be rubber and so will the crab. The Salmon is mush. Yeah good idea, great spicing, but cooked too long. Oh and frozen seafood is washed in order to freeze it. Only fresh seafood needs to be rinsed.

$75 for 2 people isn't that bad. You can also get decent sales on seafood if you are on the lookout. 4lb of frozen crab legs at my local Kroger was like $25 today. If you want fresh it's more expensive.

Thanks Justine. I’m allergic to all seafood and fish now unfortunately. But we grew up on hunting, fishing, clams, crab etc. Tho I never liked crab or clams, my Mom used to go to the butcher and I got a huge all beef hot dog. I thought I was the lucky one!
