Hey Ben! I 've been waiting for you to upload a video because I got an important question. I am selling customized products and I think a lot of my customers see my ad on their mobile and then take their computer and customize + purchase the product. Because of this I only get to see like 10% of my actual conversions back in my ads manager... So I can't see which ad is performing good for me... Could you maybe make a video about offline conversions or give me tips in how to solve this? I've been looking all over your channel but can't find the answer

You could set up ga4 on your site UTMs in the ads and cross reference which ads bring people to the website/spend the most time and engagement, with which products are being purchased from desktop or direct access. Happy to discuss further if you'd like

I jumped high watching this video. I have several accounts, among one in Swden and one in the US. I have been selling everything, and a little more, but settled down with customizable Print on Demand, tons of different niches. I have a fear that selling al kinds of different products in the same ad accounts would compromise the ability for Meta to pin-point the deliverence of my ads. I watched this video and was greatly eager to add an industry to my accounts, but no such option in my add accounts, as of yet :( I hope it will appear soon, and swiftly. Thatnks for a great video.

I have 1 campaign and in that campaign I have 4 adsets. 1 with videos with location UK 1 with videos with location USA 1 with images with location UK 1 with images with location USA Can I also put UK and USA together or shall I keep them seperated? And can I just test new creatives in 1 of those adsets or shall I make a new adset for testing? I heard from people that I should do most things in the same adset to improve learning and not have 100 adsets.

Hi, you can do both have separate campaigns for each country or your current method. For testing I would suggest you to create the separate campaign as it may affect the learning of the campaigns if it doesn't get the desired results you are expecting, so far. On the safe side it is preferred to have a separate campaign for testing.

Hey Ben I got a winning campaign it constantly generates leads, Audience size is 100K But the issue is my frequency is raising constantly It went from 1.4 (DAY 1) all the way to 2 on (DAY 14) in this case what do I have to do, Try launching new ads??

Hey. You can increase either the budget or audience size, as in a particular budget the algorithm reaches to a set of audience if you increase it the range increases, also the same will happen if you increase the audience size as well. Hope it helps!

Yes you are right, it’s still in the process of being rolled out. Is the ad account that already had this a new one? That information may have been given during setup?
