6:01 not true, in 2007 they deleted hatchet handles. I lost like 500k in hoarded handles that I collected. Bronze-rune axe handles looked the same, dragon handles looked different but were the exact same item. Every time my dragon axe head flew off I bought a regular axe handle for 30k to replace it, I kept the dragon handle, which I would sell for 200k to people who stole someone else's head.

The reference to anubis being on the walls in al kharid is truely wild when you consider runescape has icthlarin. Its also weird when you consider that menaphos (and by extension sophanem) are sort of enemies to al kharid but every building in their city has references to him and not het lol

i think it might be a reference to the god ichtlarin. both him and anubis seems to have somewhat of a simular roll if i remember the egyption mythology correctly, both have the same type of animal for a head (though itchlarin is a humanoid version of the animal, anubis is someone with the animals head but a human body) but with both having a simular aspect to them and the text apears in dangerous places like the wilderness and some caves and the desert witch is the main worship of ichtlarin i think that is the reason for the text.

back in 2010 there was a thing called no capering where a higher lvl would take there cape off so lower levels would have to right click attack them

I don’t *think* you’re right. If I remember correctly, you could ONLY left click attack another player if they were a lower, or the same combat level as you. (Or opposite team capes). Therefor you would always have to right click a higher combat level than yourself. This was the same in OSRS until they allowed us to change our left click options in a later update.

​@@McCuneRSyou just explained how he is right though. With opposing team capes you would always left click attack in the wilderness regardless of levels. So a higher level could remove their cape and force the opponent to right-click attack them, which was called no-caping.

you know i had been given a viking toy ship when i first was playing before i dropped runescape for a year and when i tried to come back my account was completely gone and wiped no response ever given to me by Jagex when i asked what happened to it... which had been my account from 2003-deletion recreated one and rode that until they redid combat and some other stuff i didn't like (love dungeoneering and summoning was alright and wish they could bring back some of the minigames namely the evil tree spawning one and falling stars honestly i don't remember many others but i loved those events as a kid)
