This is too high level and too complicated for me. It is overwhelming amount of information. I just need to sell a few stuff, but they are expensive items. Do you have a different video that is simpler? I am not doing this as a job and don't need this depth.

since the outage earlier in the week, the ads havent been working the same. High cpm, no conversions.

I ran 3 ad campaigns for two days, but didn't get any sales. 😢 Cpc also high. I also changed the creatives. Before this, I had run five campaigns for the same product with 0 sales.and cpc also high😢. My ad account is new, as a few competitors have been running ads for 2 months.means product is winning. What should I do to get sales?😢

I think you should run one campaign first to use the best creative to get the most landing page view and then after a week if you have more than 200 events use lookalike and start retargeting Don’t use too many campaigns and adset

First, I literally watch your videos daily as a newer paid ads manager. Thank you! Quick question for you! My ads are set up for a 7 day click attribution. However, when I'm reporting, I "compare attribution settings" and choose 28 day click. This is what our previous agency did, and I followed for consistency. Is this an accurate number? Or do we need to change our reporting?

Yep, looking for accuracy will drive you nuts! Better to get a feel how it reorts over time and how other (email) offers on other channels reflect in fb results. Sometimes attribution is very slow to be shown so I look over maybe 7 days to check on how close it is. Great videos Ben as always!

In terms of the "delayed attribution" when would you look at the performance of the ads? We do it based of 8 days delay

Yes that seems reasonable, I usually discount the latest 7 days :)

Please I have a question Ben, is it possible to create an ads account without first creating a business manager. I want to run ads for my clients without using my own ads account and I don't want to use their default ads account either. But am not sure ifI can do that without having to create a business manager. Please I did like to know Thanks

I want a help, I have an ad running from 9 hours I got 7 add to cart and 1 checkout and I have created 2 ad sets one broad and other Interest. Both combined have spent around $7 and my product is of $18 so when should I close the ad? Please help me with this!!

I followed everything you have educated us on. Thank you so much. It was so clear and helpful. But three times meta has served my ad to wrong audience and wrong platform. Support said everything is in place and there was no issue. But their expert will get back. Three days of twiddling toes and nothing yet.

Are you using Advantage+ Audience? If so, your targeting inputs are suggestions as opposed hard constraints. That might be why.

@@BenHeath No its all manual. I have figured the solution is if you want to advertise on Instagram, advertise FROM instagram. (after ensuring ad manager is set up properly) and if you want advertise on Facebook, advertise FROM Facebook. I don't think their own support is aware of these issues and I don't think their support is knows anything, they are barely high school graduates cutting and pasting solutions.

Hi Ben, please do a video on how to manage Meta's outrageous CPM's. On my sales campaigns, they can fluctuate daily from $20 to $220 average per day! Ridiculous! Impossible to be profitable with that. I increase my budget and get FEWER impressions! And I've checked my account quality and have no issues or disapproved ads. The only saving grace is that my CTR is very high. I just got so fed up that I turned the campaign off and am focusing on other traffic sources. Thanks in advance.

@@toluojaomo5953Nope, only one interest but an audience size of about 30M. CTR, engagement and conversion rate is good but CPM varies crazily.

Ben, a great video! A question: seems like i do not have Dynamic creative for every campaign objective. For instance, leads and engagement do not have an option of Dynamic creative ads. all the other objectives do have the option. When i login from another business facebook account, I have the option to run Dynamic creative for engagement but not for sales, which was available in the first account of mine. What are you thoughts on this?

I recon it's been long enough for every account to be able to use dynamic creative ads. I have spoken to meta representative and they told me that they are still working on the feature and that the feature is not streamlined, as they are still unsure about dynamic creative and still testing it.

@@chammess9778 I would argue that it's overall a great tool for all of the campaigns. It's too bad not all campaigns have the option of dynamic creative.

Did I miss something creating ads? I spent £60 on ads then once my clicks started building up it was charging me again. I payed for 3 different ads then it was charging me for every click also? Do I have to purchase to create the ads and also pay for the clicks?

I had £20 budget on each ad. I had the idea I had £20 spending limit on the ad. Not have to pay another £20 for the clicks. Does this make sense?

They won't do so over an extended time period - 7 days+. But will often do so on any individual day.

My ads are active but only ran for 8 days and then just stopped (althoug it shows it is active). enough budget. I am at wits end!

That might just be a technical glitch, I would try recreating the campaign and the new version will probably run. Also check to make sure you didn't accidentally set an end date.
