War is in the air, and the Seleucid Empire plans to expand into Saba lands and try to gain full control of Arabia Magna. Saba, realizing that they are disadvantage, send out diplomats to try and find allies to help them force back the Seleucids. Luckily, the Seleucid Empire has many enemies, and one of them answered Saba's call. Sparta has long to expand their influence and deliver a blow to one of their Hellenic rivals, who have been harassing Sparta's trade through the Aegean Sea from their ports in Asia Minor. Saba's next ally came from an unlikely source, and that is the Roman Empire, who just recently gained control of Egypt. Although wary of these foreign invaders, Saba decided to ally with them as they saw the Seleucid Empire as the more immediate threat. The Romans also saw value in this alliance since the Seleucid Empire's navy would cause a problem if Rome wanted to secure their new holdings in Egypt. However, the Seleucid's spy network have learned of this plan and have made plans to gain allies as well. The first to answer their call was Masaesyli, the recent conquerors of North Africa, having beaten Carthage and Libya. Masaesyli plans to join the Seleucids so they can pincer Rome in their holdings in Egypt to prevent them expanding any further into North Africa. They also riled up Rome's client state, Massilia, into turning on them. Tired of having the Roman boot on them at all times, Massilia sent a massive force to Syria and tried to link up with the Seleucid forces. They then marched south into the lands of Judea, where the combined Saba, Spartan, and Roman forces have holed up inside a walled city. From the south, Masaesyli lands their forces and march to join the Seleucids and Massilia in an attempt to siege the city. Will Saba and their allies stop the Seleucid Empire and their cohorts, or will the expansion of the Seleucid Empire be just an inevitability?
