You are "there to relax", but learn that relaxing is not your thing as you watch this excellent meal being made in a deliberate, extremely talented fashion.🙂 I've been subscribed to JunsKitchen for many years, but KZbin has not been recommending any of his vids, and I had forgotten about his channel. (I see he is a sporadic poster; that might be a contributing factor.) The man is a wonderful cook, but my two favorite videos of his are only related to cooking. You might want to react to Jun's "Polishing a Rusty Knife" and/or "Sharpening a $1 Knife". The versatility of this man is astounding.
