Training with weight vest which gives you godlike intensity.
I used a 15 kilo weight vest.
5 Rounds:
10 Burpees
10 Duck Walks
20 Forward Lunges (10 each leg)
10 Burpee Squat Thrusters
Short routine which will pay dividends. If you do this routine with bodyweight only, because you don't have a weight vest available, do 8-10 rounds.
The duck walks and especially the squat thrusters hit different with the vest.
