I would like to say here that this man is a doctor of the soul, where no degree nor certification can even begin to award his right as a practitioner. Just about 7 years ago I was subject to family and domestic violence on a scale which one soul should never be subject to. After 60 years prior of family abuse I thought I'd experienced it all. I prayed for guidance as I contemplated suicide in a way as never before. From Australia I was guided to Kalamazoo in Michigan USA where I stumbled upon a quiet convent of religious women, where is cloistered with them for 4 weeks. At my lowest point I searched the library and came upon Dark Nights Of The Soul written by Thomas Moore. When my eyes first rested on this publication, I mistook it for yet more religious words that I no longer felt soothed my broken heart and soul. After getting thru the introduction I realised that just maybe it can help me to get beyond the notion that my pain was just too great to live in this world any more. Two weeks later, after I had read and taken copious notes, I found a haven of peace within the pages which gave me comfort and a sense of "I can get thru this", and courage to board the plane to return to a new life I can build from a mustard seed size of hope. I believe Thomas Moore, in his literary wisdom saved my life and gave me motivation to enter the dark nights and come out the other side with head held high to fight another day for the God given right I have to live my life violence and abuse free. It's a slow journey back but Gods love and self love gets me there one day at a time. CosmicGypsy CG

What’s his licensure route to becoming a psychotherapist? Seems like none of his degrees are in psychology, social work, or professional clinical counseling...

Minh Tran hello my dear one. Personally I have no degree in this field but I've been reading, watching and absorbing facts of life of body mind spirit and soul, which has been a passion alongside theology and I consider myself an expert on a miniature scale as I do this man. When one loves and lives their passion and seeks out wisdom from within self, God and our brothers and sisters then I personally feel I have something to offer. I am always aware that I only have one part of any question and am humble enough to know when to retreat and when to come forward. Bless you in you own search, CosmicGypsy CG
