Is Thompson center still a thing? I think they made the encore right which was discontinued

They are now under Smith and Wesson brand. Compass II is the new model. The encode is a T/C rifle. Thanks for watching

Pretty sure Smith & Wesson made them stop all rifle production when they took over. @@mwmag

It's undergoing a change in ownership: Smith & Wesson decided to phase out the brand, and the original owner bought the brand & the tooling back and is in the process of moving production back to New Hampshire. The website says they're set to launch a new product line in 2025.

@@j5689 thanks for the answer. Hopefully their precision rifles will make a comeback.

@@magic4221 I watched the video on their channel, and it's looking like with all the unfinished parts they've secured in the deal, we will almost certainly see a comeback of their precision rifles. There were dozens of visible Compass II barreled receivers just waiting for a bolt and a stock to complete them.

Dumb question, but can you top load this, or do you have to remove the magazine every time you have to reload?
@j56892 ай бұрын
