It was a shame Marvel didn't reuse the themes from their Phase 1 movies in subsequent ones. They have some really good ones, but they got lost. But it seems like they're starting to correct that. For example, I noticed people going crazy for the return of Alan Silvestri's Avengers theme in the ads for Infinity War.

That is most definitely how Thor appeared to be on the surface at first but he was actually none of those things. Sure he was arrogant and obviously had a huge ego but cruelty, greed, and vanity were not in his true nature. Schoolastic Entertainment He didn't do that because he had a weapon. Why would he use his hands when he has an axe that can do it and will focus it for him. The axe just channels his powers for him, they made it clear in Ragnarok his powers come from himself. Also his eyes clearly glowed when he got to Wakanda. If Thor drew his powers from Asgard then why wasn't he growing stronger when fighting Hela, he couldn't even defeat her he had Surtur do it.

His eyes glowed because of his powers, the axe is basically a juiced up Mjolnir and it never caused his eyes to glow. His eyes glowing is a sign he's using his powers.

Happy? Yeah, since that's what I think when I think of a story like Ragnarok. Satisfying? How, we don't care about most of these characters, they have no history with Thor. This eneidng wouldve been satisfying if it was Warriors Three and Sif alongside Thor watching their world go away, not the characters we never saw before this movie or characters that have no relation to Asgard.

Making a lot of guesses here but there's about 27 width ways and 37 visibly going back. Meaning there's at least 945 Asgardians left alive by the end of Ragnarok. If we assume that they fill up the whole ship however that makes it a little over double I'd say 2500 Asgardians at most. Half were killed by Thanos in Infinity War and were likely halved again by the snap. This puts the remaining Asgardian population at 625 by Endgame assuming nobody has been born. The world has a population growth of about 3% a year so if we assume that during those five years after the snap population growth remains the same about 95 babies would've been born so the current Asgardian population is at a maximum of 720.
