Well overthinking has a bad connotation man, nothing wrong with it. It’s becomes a bad thing when you’re not taking action, so the real issue is quitting the lack of discipline.

I've never trained a 'deity,' although some of my athletes would disagree, but I've trained similar athletes as Da, including more than 10K military while serving 26 years in the Navy and now first responders as I'm a wildland firefighter/EMT. This was a great episode! I would also recommend two other potential guests -- Matt Wenning and Jordan Syatt -- who are similar to Da, but offer their own unique perspectives, while also being world class athletes! Thanks again for bringing us this valuable content!

Nice! Very nice one and on point. "Just move", "they're going to watch what I do", "I gotta do what I say", "get it done". I'm going to type those words, put them in a frame on my wall, and have it as my mantra, from this day forward. This was a wonderful interview and talk. It's not like I haven't heard these words before, but today it resonates in a different way. Thank You so much Tom Bilyeu, and Da Rulk. A nice birthday gift for me today.

Nitish joshi I need to tell you how much you flippn *rule* ok? Can we agree on that? Next: Burnout happens when we go too hard too long, it's the wisdom of the body. That nap you needed is now taking *you* 🤩 What if..you Suspended disbelief for a hot second, gave it a go? Since what you *are* doing is going so well...( I hope you hear me chuckling gently, here.) What if...you treated your body more like a body, less like a machine? Get curious. Track your burnout symptoms, do a solid post mortem examination on the cycles of burnouts over your years. Spot them coming. Create tools & systems. Implementation. Mindset. Mindset is everything. Git sum!!!

this Mr Rulk may want to learn some manners and let his host articulate his questions ?
@cthornton5235 жыл бұрын
Fascinating. I went in a totally different direction. My thought process: "That is the best way to handle how to keep one's INTJ brain on track when one's conversational partner just unleashed an *onslaught* of what feels like a string of 17 questions...meanwhile it takes the INTJ like half a week alone in his/her room to cogitate a proper answer to the first question!!" Thank you for this insight, truly. When I implement this new skill in my conversations ("that's a good question...no that's a *great* question...seriously that's brilliant..." until they stand down, allow my process so I can answer the thing already lololol) when I do this, when I teach it...it will be with so much more awareness. And that's from you, fellow Impactivist.
