Oh, Gosh!!!!! I was so pleasantly surprised to see this thoracic mobility stretching uploaded, Dr. Kristie!!! I have been feeling uncomfortable in my mid back or near shoulder blades. We've had some artic blast out here in TX, and it gave me jolt/ stiffness in my back while running. 😵😰 Just done these stretching movements, and I already feel much better now.
