I love the quality of them don't get me wrong. But for me nothing beats the timberland pro anti fatigue insoles!

Newman151 I wore the timberlands for years until I developed plantar fasciitis. I use treadlab strides now. But I agree completely timberland pro anti fatigue with the orange honeycomb on the bottom is probably the best insole period if you don't have existing foot problems.

Mini Gemini I actually have some developing foot issues and they are actually helping me. I will try the treadlabs that you are mentioning. Thank you.
@jackiehorn96687 жыл бұрын
No problem😁 Treadlab will work with you to get the exact insert you need. They have varying arch heights available and will get you the right one. That's actually how I found them because nobody else has inserts for very high arches. Some digging on internet forums is how I discovered them.

Newman151 bro I completely agree ! I love my thorogoods but I immediately change out the insoles with timberland pro fatigue insoles , there the best ! I can walk in them all day , just love them

Just threw a pair of these into my L.L. Bean Chippewas, replacing their stock orange and black insole. The originals weren't bad, but I don't have many boots that have room for any insole, and I was curious. Oh mama, what a noticable difference. The insole alone has made me want a pair of Thorogoods more.

Why would I look at thread to determine when to replace a quality boot? If the insert is shot, replace the insert. If the threads are gone, resole. Isn't that the point of buying a quality boot or really any quality leather shoe? That you can just re-sole and not buy a new boot ever again?

They ruined these boots when they quit using the vibram insoles. And toe prints in insoles are not a sign for replacement. The best is leather or cork insoles

I had redwings for the last 2years with orthotics and it was the most painful experience. I bought a pair of thorogoods last week and I could immediately tell it wasn’t me and it was the boots. When I het off work my feet don’t hurt. The insoles are the best. Definitely going to buy more. Thanks for the vid

If you had insoles in red wing 877s that was your problem. You get them to fit firm. The leather insole forms to your foot. If you were able to fit insoles in them you didn't have the right size

My new pair of steel toe work boots still need a few more days of wearing to break them in. So far they are great boots.

Honestly these insoles suck, I found cheaper foam insoles from cheap boots more comfortable. The worst part is the yellow part where the heel is, not very comfortable
@fidellopez85584 жыл бұрын
Imdone54 I don’t think they completely suck , but the timberland pro fatigue insoles are way better and super comfortable, i recommend everyone replace them they would love them .

Hey I bought my first pair of Thorogood work boots the other day, I’ve worn them a hand full of times. I found they aren’t the most comfortable out of the box, do they take a while to really break in? Looking for anyones advice/input. Thanks!

Hey Boot Guy! Love your videos! I've been trying to find some videos on the Danner Power Foreman 8" brown non-metallic toe and I can't find any. It would be so awesome if you did a video on these boots to help me decide what boots to buy! Thanks again!

Denny Blaschko those boots are awesome. Takes a while to break in but I wore my pair for 3 years.

These are good but the red thorogood insoles are the best I've ever used and longest lasting

this may seem strange but i would really like to know what you think of Birkenstock insoles and or the sole footbed.

These are almost to squishy for me at the balls of my feet. Looking for a thinner insole for my Thorogood Moc toes.

how do they compare to Superfeet Green?
@TheBootGuyreviews7 жыл бұрын
They don't. Superfeet green [ amzn.to/2qOdSjK ] is designed for common foot pain, arch pain, heel pain, and lite plantar fasciitis discomfort. So based on pain and a need for total support. The Thorogood insole is just soft. basically for people with no foot pain. Fatigue and pain are different things. Most of the time fatigue opens the door and lets the pain in.

How do they compare to spenco heavy duty insole?
@TheBootGuyreviews6 жыл бұрын
Day and night. spenco is good for lots of standing and rocking in one place. The USA is good for the movements like walking running and climbing.
