Thanks Viktor, a content suggestion for you that would really help is talking about where the weight should be in the foot. I have heard heel, balanced across all of the foot and ball of foot. Lately I have been following Asha’s advice of the support leg should have weight in ball of foot…perhaps the push foot is a balance across the whole foot? I am not a speed skater, but do many endurance fitness skates. I have 2 of your programs and really enjoy them 🙏
