Shoulder cams. Do they need a stop at each up back down forward or can it be a smooth continuous motion like a rolling can would do?

@@achapman9585 ideally a smooth circle. However, I would try and touch the 4 edges of all those ranges of motion in order to ensure your are getting full ranges of motion.

My stronger hand and arm want to do the pulling. The week and an arm aren't contributing much
