For whoever , however, wherever you're reading this keep in mind that his video was meant for you. Don't let this world filth affect you, laugh wherever the negative strikes you and keep on being happy it won't be that easy but just keep laughing , we can do this, your not alone. May God bless you and have a blessed day.
This reminded me of my father who died Last year. He was a counselor mainly for people with PTSD, and drug and sexual abuse history. His colleagues and clients told us he would laugh with them, during sessions. Many of them didn't fit in with medical model therapies and he was often a last chance or court ordered, but they connected with him because he was real. An astounding and heart warming amount of people reached out to us to tell us that he helped save thier lives. His last words were "I was always trying to get people to not take life too seriously". He died in his sleep, camping, with a little grin on his face, just like he always said he would. Thanks for the video I had a great laugh+cry

@luca fresh as simple as it sounds you are right about the power of choice. A friend gave me a card once with a Buddhust saying "There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way", it took months for the penny to drop and years of practice to improve my application of it...but the beautiful thing is the power to choose to interact with any and every moment with happiness is with us all the time😉

In the city of Melbourne where I live, there is a place where an artist has spray painted 3 laughing monks on a large brick wall. I always wondered what the story was behind this. Thanks for enlightning me. 🙂 Today is also the day my brother passed away. He had the ability to make those around him smile and laugh. Not long after he passed away, I had a dream of him; he was smiling and seemed to be quite happy. Thank you Koriun for reminding me of the joy of sharing. 🌟

What if we could just live life laughing all the time?" My day was terrible yesterday, but after i went for playing with my friends, my day turned out laughing from that time. I was happy till the end of the day, i slept happily. N the day i sleep happily, the other day always starts with good mood n feel. Like a satisfaction. These videos don't soothe you because they contain wisdom or goodness. Sadly, they soothe you because they speak to the demons that are tormenting you. They know their fate, and torment you as a distraction, and this video gave them a form of temporary relief, in the lie that if they just laugh, their impending doom won't be real. Pray to Jesus that you're able to overcome this burden that you've been given. There are many that suffer from "mental illness" and live their lives in submission to these demons and satan. You have a chance to turn it all into something good. Give your life to Jesus and the burden you hold won't be in vain. Matthew 16:24 Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me."
Yall, the monks were teaching and spreading joy and happiness. I can more than assume it about teaching you need positivity, and to focus on the things that bring joy and happiness, as we are beings to just be. If we focus only on the bad, the negativity, we stop being in the moment, when life is about love, joy and happiness.
