Welcome back, Walt, and Happy New Year from Texas. The Hickman X-Men books were the talk of the comic book community on and off youtube . The comics sold extremely well at local comic book shops, even becoming quite pricey at the beginning when 1st prints old out. I enjoyed the series, but I wasn't as impressed as some were by it. I think it was over praised. The addition of prematurely adding new titles, like you mentioned, only to be eventually be re-booted down the road won't help in making this more than yet another interesting, but not lasting, storyline in the X-Men universe. Glad you are back.
