Hey Thub, about the flat screens............ you can easily zip the back off and remove the boards in no time at all. Just let the boards accumulate until you decide how to deal with them....................... If you don't think you'll ever delve into gold recovery, disregard this comment, it's just a suggestion, not a signal that I know everything. Great video man!

Here in Malaysia, those motherboards go for $30-40/kg.. But they need a minimum of 100kg before a sale is done I guess price is based on grade too, as only some have the good stuff in em'

@christophertaylor2464 Жыл бұрын
I was going to say something about the plug off of the cord that he throw back in the garage. I always keep the plugs that is brass all you need to clean them is a small vice and a pair of pliers every little bit adds up. Some people say that it is not worth the money for the time but I say if you are doing nothing like watching t.v. than you could be cleaning something up to make some money.

So I’ve come to realize that not all “metal only bins “ are giving kick backs to companies or those who rent them. I usually ask just for peace of mind but a little research Into the name on the dumpster will help you. More often it’s just a giant recycle bin that companies have to pay to have hauled off

What’s the easy way to strip coax?
@thubprint Жыл бұрын
I’m really not sure, I’ve never tried. Usually the inside wire that looks like copper is just copper coated steel, you can stick a magnet to it. Solid copper inner coax is somewhat rare these days
