@@reinierboermans7459 I’m Aussie, I don’t believe in the death penalty, its outdated and a repulsive form of punishment, but I strongly believe they were guilty, circumstantial evidence or not. They were released as guilty men and time served, people confuse that for innocence. Books were written and documentaries were always made in favour for the accused, which heavily influenced the public. Echols behaviour leading up to the crime was extremely disturbing, such as sickening animal cruelty and stalking young boys at a skating rink for weeks but the documentaries will not reveal any of that. Let’s be honest here… with all advanced forensic science and top notch profiling in USA, if there was ‘3 other people’ that murdered those little boys, the crime would’ve been solved. What’s even more sickening is how much money the accused make and continue to do so from this crime. So unfair to the victims families..

@@kokoda7734 I love Australia! I’m originally from Holland and couldn’t agree more about the death penalty, but the evidence presented was highly circumstantial, fabricated (the knife supposedly used) , a leaked coerced confession, it just was, the detectives leading Jesse to make the story fit the facts… thing is they needed to close this case, there was so much pressure on the county, but the evidence just didn’t rise to the level of beyond reasonable doubt. I agree that the documentaries were far from unbiased. But if you read the information released by biased websites against the 3 defendants you see that even there it’s still circumstantial. I was obsessed with this case and read up as much as I could. It’s so sad that we’ll likely never know without a doubt who was responsible….

I can't stand the thought of never finding out who killed these boys. I hate the fact that Mark Byers died before finding out something. I didn't know you had passed. I was wanting to reach out and write a letter to both him and Pam and to find out he's dead was quite a surprise. Poor Pam, I feel like she's all alone now. I guess that it makes sense that it's somebody that they knew because if it was a stranger passing through what need would they have to try to hide everything like they did? If they were just passing through all they had to do was get in your truck and leave. Only someone that feels they have an obvious link to these boys would feel the need to try to hide the body center like some clothes the way they did. As far as Terry Hobbs goes I just don't know. I mean he was supposed to have his little sister with him watching the both of them while Pam was at work so when she have seen something if she was with him the whole time? Maybe Stevie and them came in the house and caught him doing something to his little sister? And the Bojangles guy that is a big what if as well. I mean that Bojangles was right down the street. How shity was that cop didn't even get out of the car and investigate the bathroom or nothing. Then the other guy says he lost the evidence that they did come back and get which I don't believe. One more thing that runs up my spine is when they were in court and that bald-headed cop says that "Jesse simply misunderstood". Who in the hell are you to make that kind of claim!? What kind of judge would allow that statement? What kind of damn jewelry would listen to that statement and accept it?! What about that specialist that got his degree by mail and when the lawyer raised to think about it that judge says "I don't believe you have to take any classes to be certified and expert in something". What kind of a moronic statement is that!? Of course you need to have some sort of actual education in a field that you're an expert in to be classified in actual expert. Sorry, I could g on and on.

Today 2022 I think back in 1993 police in West memphis had never experienced any thing like this in their lives, its truly sad that with a heavy heart that I say evidence was lost thrown away and likely on purpose. I say heavy heart because I truly believe the police just bent to pressure but believed they had the killers. Those poor babies, but just as sad those poor lads 6 lives forever ruined. Of course my heart goes out to the families but one family knows the truth because one dad/step dad was there. Why won't the courts allow for new facts new technology be used to clear or even prove who the killers were, are they waiting until the last policeman connected to pass away ! It's sad also that the city tries to save face by acting like they are doing something special for the kids Memorial but the best thing they can do for the kids memory is to have David Barnett disbarred and charged as a criminal for possession of a stolen firearm from the DTF Locker that was being investigated by the FBI at the time of these murders and the fact that he was involved along with Gary gitchell in the illegal drug dealing and Prophets of said drug dealing I think it's obvious when you look at the rest of the investigators and their history of trouble after this case proves very clearly this was a corrupt police force I grew up Judicial System started out with a very corrupt judge in David Barnett very corrupt prosecutors in fogleman and the fact that they were profiting off of the stolen drugs out of the West Memphis Police Department drug Locker that's why there's ties to Mark buyers and ties to Terry Hobbs because they were both informants

When Jessie made his first confession before the arrests he said the boy he chased down and brought back to Damien wore a Boy Scout jersey. How would he know that?? There’s no way he would know that unless it was true.

There were details about the murders all over the news at that point.

Misskelley confessed multiple times even after being advised not to by his legal team. Each of the accused confessed to discreet people at some point.

None of that means anything, and that's been proven

@@tigerslilly Miskelley knew details of the crime before being released to the public. Echols statements in court sealed the deal for their conviction when he said that the crime would’ve been ‘a thrill kill, they were probably mutilated and drowned, also assumed one was mutilated more than the others’ .. how would Echols have known these details when it wasn’t public knowledge? There is interviews and court transcripts available to listen to, because all documentaries, books and movies are highly in favour of the accused and they leave out crucial details and evidence leading up to their conviction.

@kokoda7734 no, he didn't, lol. I've listened and read the transcripts. There was never any proof or link of the 3 to the crime. And Arkansas knows that. The crime was leaked to the public long before Jesse was interrogated.

What an incompetent police force. I feel for the wrongly convicted young people and for the victims and their families.

Terry Hobbs did it. I remember when this happened it was close to my neighborhood. Terry Hobbs was one strange individual no doubt about it.

Those young men did not have any evidence connecting them to the murders! Do you know who did?... *TERRY HOBBS!*
