What is the difference between SIEMENS telegram and standard and free telegram ?

Free telegram means that you do not use any telegram to exchange data between devices, but it is done in some other way. And when you select a telegram, then the data change goes through the telegram, depending on which telegram is selected. For example, if we only want to control speed, then we will choose telegram 1, if we want positioning, then telegram 3, 5, 111 depending on the application
