I was playing f1 2020 the other day and while me and my teammate were battling wheel to wheel, Jeff came on the radio and said be careful we don't want to take each other out of the race. That's at least something so far but yeah, proper team orders would be a great addition

Ben’s strategy: 1) Qualify P11 so isn’t forced to use the softs and has free choice of tire after penalty 2) chooses to use the softs anyway making sacrificing positions for free tire choice basically pointless. 3) change off the softs early because they were a bad race tire… Love the content btw! This sort of puzzling strategy adds to the realism of the series! Ferrari-esque

One of the things I'd like to see is more accurate driver contracts. Instead of paying for half seasons consecutively maybe you can offer different length contracts in the negotiations section with longer contracts having cheaper prices per race. Sort of like how Motorsport manager does it.

The My Team mode needs a little more strategic, in-race management options for the team owner/driver. Options like team orders, dictating certain aspects of your teammates strategy etc. It's called My Team for a reason and it should be different from single player career mode.
