Swiss Caramel Custard or Brännti Creme (or Brönnti Creme, Gebranti Creme there are no rules for Swiss German spelling 😊) is one of my favourite Swiss Desserts, especially during the colder months of the year. The direct translation of the Swiss name means "Burnt Cream". It's really easy to make and you can make it well in advance so that you have less stress during your dinner party. Give it a try and let me know how you liked it 👍
