I think the upper body gets over looked a lot of time because of the focus on our lower backs. Got upper body flexibility can help with neck pain which i definitely need.

Thank you so much for this 10 min video..been having upper thoracic and cervical issues for many years...i just finished your protocol and my upper back has released ( subluxation ) gave me good relief. Now if i could have a convenient 10 min video workout to strengthen the core and upper back stabilizer muscles..to perform once im aligned and properly stretched...thank you again for your knowledge and help .

the lowering the hand and side stretch while doing child’s pose was impossible to follow, the instructions were different than the motions shown.
