Crazy that you tile the roof, before needing to brick clad the walls.

You have to fully load the roof before building the brickwork or starting inside works to allow the timber frame time to settle under the finished roof weight, otherwise you end up with massively excessive settlement cracks

Great but you prices are more expensive than a traditional bricks and mortar property. Remember, comparing timber framed houses to bricks and mortar houses is like comparing a kit car to the original. Too expensive guys!
