In English we pronouce the 2nd syllable as so but we put a "w" on the end. We have our lips shaped for "o" butbthen at the last moment we close our lips slightly. Like "sew". You are correct in saying we have to cut the end off. We have to cut it off before we start closing our lips. Same with the short e as in que. We say kaye instead of keh.

Your english is very well, I can understand what you say without being focused on (I'm french) ! But who care about pronouncing Tissot. The english way is really close to the french way, so no matter how you pronounce it, a french speaker will understand
