I saw a variation of that on another video. Get a couple of bolts, get on a rollercoaster in any seat except a front seat, and wait until you're at the peak of the first hill. Then lean up and tap the person in front of you, holding out the bolts, and say, "These just rolled out from under your seat." Best done right before the rollercoaster starts down, when it's too late. Gives them something extra to scream about.
