The recovery from perfectionism is EXTREMELY hard for those who live in an environment full of peer competition and limited social resources. I grew up in a country where school days felt like burning hell, and I still struggle with this issue to this day. Your video has enlightened me a lot. Thanks.

feeling so seen/heard/healing/healed from watching your videos recently. Never been able to tap into this level of awareness before (and i've been working on myself for awhile and i get majority f intense beliefs/emotions are now gone) bu its such a relief to be able to catch and guided through the ones i've not been able to pick out. Thank you so much xx

Your last sentence made me cry, I literally felt and thought that yesterday if I am cold or shutting down again? Am I still connecting ?? Or just running away. But I was holding on to that thought just to see where it will take me? I realize that I was not feeling running away but also couldn’t tell why and what I was feeling? Now I got my answer thanks. God bless helped me break the generational trauma, that was my ultimate goal. I am working on my self, this is very hard.
