That's the only downfal of the Tineco I have. I have long hair and 3 cats, and I have to pull all the hair off the brushroll, often halfway through a rug.

I have the a11 master...I love it.... We used a filter queen for years... And still have it and use it for certain tasks.... But for every day use the a11 master is very much worth it

Any Idea if tineco vacuums are as durable as dyson. I am looking for a vacuum which will go on for 7-10 years. Also can you give a comparison on which device needs more maintenance. How often I will need to change dyson or A11 batteries and filters etc. i am looking for a vacuum which needs less maintenance.

Wish I had read more of the reviews before I bought the Tineco A11 Hero. Company kept wanting to send me attachments to improve it, which it didn’t. Trouble is, their stall of sending attachments makes you miss the refund deadline. Then they said they’d give me 80% if I removed the bad review.

If you're just cleaning floors I'd go with Dyson. Steering is better and I like how it empties

Should i get the tineco s11 tango at 399$ or the a11 hero ex with 2 batteries at 350$?? I think the a11 hero is only 10 watts less but comes with 2 batteries....

I have the A11 Master w/ 2 batteries. Absolutely love it. I will definitely get another Tineco when I need to replace it.

I pull it off w/ my fingers. It does come w/ a tool, but I lost it. Though I don't miss it. I've never had to take the brushroll out to get all the hair, so even though it's the one biggest weakness of the model, I can live w/ it, since it only applies to the carpet attachement. The soft roller is heads and tails better on floors, so I always switch.

Just ordered the A11 Hero. It also comes with 2 batteries. Will recieve it tommorow and will use it for the second floor and attic. Downstairs i have a samsung Jet 75 with clean station. Its the best imo but too expensive to get two. Hope the A11 will do good.

I love the dysons design and color, but hate the color and design of the a11. I hate that the Dyson doesn’t have LED lights on the head, which is a dealbreaker for me since I have eye sensitivity to bright house lights and it’s easier to use a head with led lights already on them. Therefor I guess I’ll go with the a11, but I’ll do so reluctantly since I HATE the color scheme 😕

By my own research, Tineco, hands down. What you didn't meantion is the lower price, by a few hundred. I love the thing. My only big complaint is after a few months of research, I was looking forward to the flexible extending nozzle, you showed as well. Plus, there was a supposed to be a small head for stairs, that had red lint pick up, which would have been ideal in my house, w/ 3 cats and 2 staircases. I got neither. Turns out, there's a freaking Canadian version kit, and that's what I got. I love the Tineco, and all the features you mentioned, but those 2 things are close to deal breakers. I contacted the company and they claimed they coudn't get me those attachments, but offered me $10 in compensation or some dumb thing.

A few hundred dollars. The Tineco was the clear winner for features, even before that. The savings definitely clinched it. It has a lock trigger button, a head lamp, and dual batteries. The other minor perks of the Dyson just didn't push it over, esp. given the price. I hate paying for a brand.

So sad. My tineco s12 battery is not working anymore. Both battery. I use on the max setting all the time. It only 6 months the battery is dead. The problem with cordless vacuum is the battery. So sad I can’t find the replacement battery for s12.

Sorry to hear about that. I would use the auto setting, it's the best setting for run time and performance. Always using the max will burn out the battery quickly. Try buying directly from Tineco: store.tineco.com/products/tineco-pure-one-s12-series-smart-vacuum-cleaner-battery-black
