Tingmo or Ting Momo is a traditional tibetan steamed bread that is incredibly fluffy and soft. Tingmos are very light and go well with a variety of Tibetan dishes like Son Labu or Shapta. In this video, I will show you how to make soft Tingmos in a few easy steps.
