To be honest, it is not so much the country itself that is to blame as these people, they are Russians, pigs🐽, where they cannot be settled everywhere will be the same. I myself live in this country, but my place is very clean, beautiful and tidy. Cleanly not where they clean, cleanly where they do not litter.

@@liamneslind5708exactly!! Is this meant to be indicative of all Russian life?! There’s plenty of people who live quite comfortably and happy in Russia, and plenty of alternative sites that follow foreign nationals who have made Russia their home!! There’s residual problems if course from Soviet times but this is often exploited to paint Russia in a wholly negative, depressant light , as though most countries don’t have their own societal and political issues regardless of where you go!! I suspect if this isn’t a fifth columnist account, many would be drawn to it to inform their Russia-phobic tendencies!! Now I think I’ll head straight over to those other pages for a bit of balance….😅🤷🏻♀️

@@nicolarobinson3140 very observant. I grew up in the USSR and now live in the US. Let me tell you, in my travels I've seen plenty of disadvantaged places in the US that don't even measure up to that old Soviet life - and once you add crime and drugs into the picture, that supposedly horrid Soviet & Russian life Alena dreads in her trembling voice, would be as remote to them as some advanced species on an alien planet. Many Russians sure looove to complain. This pre-dates modern Russia or the USSR even - Russian poet Pushkin writes about this national self-loathing trait back in the early 1800's. In New York it's common to find a Russian emigrant with a couple of doctorate degrees from the old country (for neither of which he had to pay a dime) who speaks of his homeland poorer than his fellow emigrant from say Mozambique, who got hardly anything but malaria from his motherland.

This is a very common way to share accomadation in Ireland. Usually 3 or 4 people share a house. There is one room with its own bathroom ocassionally two, then a small double and then a box room which is very small and fits a single bed. The kitchen has one shared fridge freezer which is hard. Sometimes there is two. There's a sitting room with a tv, dinning room attached to kitchen. Houses that are new are warm, older ones are cold. Most people don't accept students so they live in less nice houses often. Rents vary from 300 a month to 550 unless in Dublin then it's more . Dublin has students sometimes three in a room. It's fair bad. Good look with the move.

That would be described as a Studio Apartment, a step up from a Bedsit, one room for living, sleeping and cooking and a bathroom (Bedsits don't have their own bathroom). It would cost over £1000 p.m. in many places in the UK. £1500+ p.m. in London.
@daviddowsett16582 жыл бұрын
I know prices have gone up, but a £1000 pm for a non-London accommodation is a bit extreme for this size, I would average this in non-London UK based area (inc NI, Scotland and the North) at about £500-£600 pm with bill covered
