Sy x pernah lari lebih dr 2jam ..sy cuma training utk hm dn ke bwh ..pd awl bulan ni ..5may ..sy lari fm borneo marathon ..utk pertama kali sy lari lebih dr 2jam ..mmng sakit slepas saja km 25 ..tp alhmdulillah..sy dpt hbis kn larian slama 4jam 18mnit ..hmpir dnf d km 33 ..😅 ..tp berbekalkn semangat dr kwn kwn ..sy truskn larian ..jln lari jln lari ..akhirnya finish ..😁

Betul kena ada coach atau geng lari yg bole kita folo utk first timer tapi pastikan geng2 tu sama pace jugak kalau tak nanti mental atau kena scam 😂😅😊

Macam tokyo marathon ni tak silap sesuai juga bawa Snickers sebab masih lagi musim sejuk sebelum masuk musim bunga. Saya pernah lari 21km tapi lepas tu sakit kaki dan lutut memang tak best. Lepas tukar kasut yang lebih baik then baru rasa ok walaupun lenjan sampai 21km. Full marathon memang tak dapatlah sebab nak commit dengan latihan dan kerja. Walaupun dalam hati rasa mampu tapi kena concern apa natijah semasa dan selepas tu.
