Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have the stencils and pouncer but the first time I tried, I was not pleased. Now I know how to use them correctly-your explanation was precise and thorough, as always. I have four baby quilts for Israel in the queue. Perfect timing. I appreciate you and all you do.

The pins as starting points and the marking from the back is an excellent idea! I will give my pounce another try and expect I will get better results. Thanks for the tutorial, you make it look so easy. 😍

Thank you so very much for this wonderful video. I am not fond of long arm quilting, If I wanted a thin hard blanket I can buy on at wal-mart a whole lot cheaper than quilting. I am new to quilting but I do want a kinda thick warm quilt. Isn’t there anyone that still makes the kind we kept hanging in the living room till it was finished. I do watch your videos and love your methods. I haven’t a large one just baby and lap and panels, all of which I faked my way through. Thanks for sharing your talent and knowledge of quilting.

I used the pounce chalk to mark a whole throw sized quilt, but the chalk rubbed off before I could get it quilted even when using hairspray. Is there any other way to prevent this? I don’t have a long arm or mid arm, just a regular domestic machine.

Hi Laura. Can you make a crossbody purse for a cellphone? I’m thinking probably with a couple of small compartments for a young teenage girl. A place for a feminine product and a credit card. Whatcha think? I’m thinking with a zipper top, not a flap. Thx!

Great ideas for marking a quilt to be stitched edge to edge. Do you use 100% cotton batting? I'd be concerned about melting a batt tat contains any polyester.

@@lizfoster551 I watched the video with no sound because it was late, so I didn't know it was iron away...I have the one that brushes away and it works pretty good with the hair spray. Maybe you can make a sample and see if it irons away.
