@@kaylee609 I actually just moved out into my first apartment but I ended up staying in Jersey where I'm from. My biggest tip is the SAVE, SAVE, SAVE. I have a question. So, when I was buying a car I needed to have a credit score. But I had to have bills in order to purchase it. I know you stated that you didn’t have a car, did that effect you being able to get an apartment on your own?

I’m not sure of your question can you clarify? To get approved for an apartment you have to show pay stubs and they will pull a soft credit inquiry.

That means you can call then and give them the money and ask them for a date to move in

Let’s say your rent is $1,500 a month. & you get paid twice a month, what is a comfortable safe amount each pay check should be to afford the rent/adulthood? lol I was thinking $3K but idk if that was too unrealistic of an amount.
